  • I saw Toots play this song with Kenny Werner and Oscar Castro Neves 4 years ago in Worcester, MA ; the expressions that they put forth that evening have been duplicated in this performance. This is such a mellow and moving composition that is superbly expanded by these expert musicians. Thank you so much for the posting.

  • Toots aims for the heart and always pulls out a tear.......like he signs, WITH A SMILE AND A TEAR.

I had the great pleasure to have a 20 minute conversation with him a few years back in Los angeles in a Jazz Club called Catalina´s Bar and Grill in Hollywood and to me he´s not only the greatest musician still alive but also the nicest man i´ve ever met.Talking with him was the greatest thing that ever happened to me.

    Toots you´re my inspiration......

  • OMG LOL WTF -.- only 14.000 vies this thing needs at least a 50 million but who cares this man is great

  • Onde Luiz Eça estava pensando quando compôs esta maravilhosa música? Pensando em golfinhos (The dolphin). É uma das belas bossa nova.

  • so sweet

  • I have no words...

  • i hope everyone who'd want to see him in concert to be able to, like i wish i could hear david sanborn without a mic, in front of me, but of course that's a gift for his frends first... ciao from giovanni!

  • Gorgeous theme by Brazilian pianist Luiz Eça. Thanks for posting. Check Eça or his Tamba Trio out.

  • I'm usually in a "Toots" mood when it's raining and I'm at home or driving. Listening to him always puts me at peace. My only regret is that I've never seen him in concert. I hope to this year.
