@1johnwrig Thanks for the compliment and for participating. No, at lower RPMs the pressure is not 30K. This system has pressure multiplication. In other words, as explained in our other Diesel injection videos, a small chamber controls a larger fuel injection. Try and watch the other videos and let us know if you got it. Thanks again and good luck.

Hi There.
Thank you for the video can you explain the pump concept even at 900rpm will it develop the 30000psi pressure ? or is the pump electric type not driven of the cam belt??

@sissifranca Hello, thank you for posting. We appreciate all your input and rest to sure that we're always working and analyzing all our viewer comments. Although these are newer videos we're always working to make our videos better and free. It is the only way we can pass on this knowledge badly needed by consumers. Thanks again for your input.
The synthetic voice isn't that bad. It's worth it, just to get the information.

It's all great until it comes to repair time, the cost is enough to bring an elephant to it's knee's crying, and they don't last as long, nor are they as reliable as the pre-common rail diesels.

@brettymike THanks for posting. Yes, I hear you, but as costly as they are, this trend is due to continue even on gasoline vehicles. The amount of newer GDI or gasoline direct injection vehicles, which is somewhat similar is astounding. From Mercedes to Hyundai, these systems are more controlable and easier to implement from the manufacturer's side. Thanks again.

@ADPTraining Yes,after 35+ years in the industry,I am very aware of the trends, --
a growing dark under belly of arrogance, common sense simple construction and reliability going backwards, and as much$ profit $as possible being the bottom line.
On top of that ,every year they get harder to diagnose and repair with less room to get your hands around the engine, and a growing abundance of special tools and information required.
And they can't be depended on in the middle of nowhere.

@brettymike That's right. That's the reason why, as yourself after so many years, I went into the training and equipment business and why we have this channel. It is our way of giving back a little in the grand desert/vacuum of detailed and specialized information in our industry. Thanks again for posting and good luck to you.
