@tgerclaw The first rule of business is that your prospect isn't even your customer, much less your employee. He isn't going to do anything FOR you that isn't part of what he gets paid by HIS boss to do. It's your job; you have to do everything that needs to be done to make the sale, including doing the legwork to get the decision makers contact information and contacting her YOURSELF. You may have to "sell" the employee on who you are enough that they trust you with the owner's information.
I been talkng to merchants out there and having problems because the owners are not there. Do we still talk to worker or mgr in the store or ask them to have owner call me with my business card?
