Calling All Officers! GFV recently produced a Decatur Police Department web-ad for agency TedCo Worldwide. The recruiting spot gives prospects a glimpse of the Decatur lifestyle and insight into the police department. Ground Floor made use of their HD-video camera with film-style lenses to achieve a high-end look. Director Luke Livingston conducted the interviews with Pritchett Cotton at the lens. Those wishing to join the force and help fight crime in Decatur can find the video running on the recruiting website and YouTube.

This is awesome. Good for Decatur, I'm glad that there's a police department that attempts to avoid becoming hyperviolent assholes. +

This is what the police should look and act like. These guys give the impression that they are there to protect you not beat the fucking shit out of you, Now, how it really works in Decatur may be a different story or it might not... I don't live there, but the behavioral recruiting video is what we want to see on the streets.

It's about your oath. To support, protect, and defend the Constitution. Better know what that is, what it says, and what it means, before you can anything else.

Somebody needs to tell the pigs they're violating the law riding their bikes on the sidewalk. Their bikes needs to be GPSed and monitored. Fire the sidewalk violators and send them to prison for 5 years for a felony sidewalk beating. The sidewalk just became another victim of the pigs. Police brutality at it's finest.

Black cop on 00:22 looks like he's high on drugs. Just look at his droopy eyes.
