@KatzRandom you have to donate money at the town hall to pelly/phyllis
i think the fountain is 200,000 bells or 400,000... im not sure....
however you get a new bridge in your town for donating a certain amount, the fountain in front of your bus stop for a certain amount, and a choice of windmill/lighthouse when you donate 1m bells :)
