Ecosse Subsea Systems' SCAR plough is the ideal tool for the protection of subsea pipelines, umbilicals and power cables. The worlds first multi-pass cable plough.

SCAR has a depth capability for pipelines of 2.0m and is the world's first multi-pass cable plough with the capability to bury cables to more than 3.0m with a maximum capability of 3.4m. It is also designed to be extremely robust with high reliability. SCAR can operate in any depth of water and achieve very high progress rates.

To enable quick mobilisation and huge and economic choice of support vessels, SCAR does not need an A-Frame to launch.
