@saiyaman102000 You just made yourself look ignorant and judgmental you dont know me im a huge fan of serge nubret huge fan his body in his prime was incredible hard work pays off but the thing is here he isnt nothing i was just saying the truth i mean what you would want to look like he does here? .anyone with any sense would agree with me his range of motion is poor and thats probaly why his body was lacking at this point in his life, r.i.p to him though but he should of quit.

@kingdaleclarke So you know many 70yr olds with bigger than 20 inch arms muscular? And is he always supposed to be in contest condition year around so he doesn't look soft for you, sorry if he wasn't tall enough for you, perhaps he should have gotten on a rack and stretched his skeleton out for your approval. I wanna see you look better at any age than he looked when he died, you fucking ass clown.
-
@lolo932 no, i give credit to the fact his arms were fairly big for his age but im still not impressed by his range of motion and his build as a while he looks soft in certein areas, small in height and i dont know but he hasnt got that thing that makes a champion to me thats what it seems.

@kingdaleclarke I bet you find his 20" arms at 70 years old comical too..

Legend. R.I.P

RIP the greatest BB ever....should have beat Arnold at the 1975 Mr. Olympia ..he was by far the better man and best physique ever that day!....shame he passed away this year...a supposed stroke yet controversy still surrounds his death..he was a legend and a great BB...

Just read the entire thread on the BB forums on his postings, this video shows so little of what a great man he is.

@Bigturns33 That was part of his cardio, his cardio was his whole training routine. He didn't need 2 go for runs or jogs because of the way he trained in the gym. High Intensity, high reps and more importantly low rest between sets
-
@kingdaleclarke That's how he trained and became 1 of the worlds best. It's about keeping the tension in the muscle the whole time.
-
@kingdaleclarke I can't wait to see your awesome arm training routine. Post it up. I'll wait.
RIP

Gimme 70 years like this, and you can have your extra 20 with a walker.
