Lyrics:
Sometimes I wonder why I spend
The lonely night dreaming of a song
The melody haunts my reverie
And I am once again with you

When our love was new
And each kiss an inspiration
But that was long ago
And now my consolation
Is in the stardust of a song

And beside a garden wall
When stars were bright
You are in my arms
The nightingale tells his fairy tale
A paradise where roses bloom

Though I dream in vain
In my heart it always will remain
My stardust melody
The memory of love's refrain

Though I dream in vain
In my heart it always will remain
My stardust melody
The memory of love's refrain

  • Beautiful....Buble.....Bubbles over..with smooth...!!!.

  • great !!!!

  • similar to Harry Connick..??

  • ... do do do do do do....

  • It's a great version...but I've still yet to find someone top Nat King Cole's

  • @Mollywobblez He is an amazing singer, and his version of Feeling Good is amazing, but I don't like his lispy sound, and the way he sometimes takes pauses in a sentence. If you want to hear how much more amazing Sinatra is, listen to 'Old Man River 1946'. What you will hear there is the most beautiful voice of all time (in my opinion..).

Sinatra is the only singer ever to have 3 vocal peaks (1943/1944 /watch?v=hsB7nvIohVw, 1946 /watch?v=xTnw_MmVptQ and 1952 /watch?v=X6zGDJ_ZMPw).

  • @Florencione Sinatra is an icon. No one is trying to question that. pedrocheal is simply saying that Michael is amazing and that his voice and style is reminiscent of Sinatra. Don't look for the bad look for the good.
