WOW I am amazed at all this negativity I'm hearing! I went for the first time this year, it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. I met awesome people, they were not elitists! In fact that 's the one thing I noticed the most- no one was judgmental. All were just freaking freely and enjoying each other- and I didn't even do drugs- just drank. Maybe you brought that neg. vibe WITH you. and so that is what you came away with. I don't know though, it's def. not for everyone. : (

It's true, burning man is not just a rave, but that is what video images I captured on the spur of the moment. That said, for some, Burning Man is hanging out at "2" or "10" (the rave camps) all night, and for some, Burning Man is hanging out at center camp all day.
BTW, the blinky white LED dress (on my wife) and blue LED sash (on me) were my creations this year.

Wow, so this totally explains what this "Burny Man" thing is all about. I've heard so much about it and now I feel like I've been there! What a weird thing... I saw a lot of people wearing unusual clothes. Is that normal?
