  • I would do them 3 times a week and do each exercise twice, for 30 seconds each time.

  • The drills you guys put up is very helpful I'm 14 and my friend is 15 I go over all these drills with him and he goes over all shortstop drills with me we are freshmen in high school trying to get better at our position thanks for the drills
