In this chapter Officer Hayes becomes suspicious of Stinky Pete and Buzzy. (Watch with headphones) When Buzzy nearly chokes on a cup of coffee that he makes while talking with Pete and Officer Hayes. What Officer Hayes doesn't know, is that Dave The Drunk is hiding up stairs with the Plumber and his wife who are still locked up in there.
Will Officer Hayes discover Dave, after years of thinking that Dave was responsible for his brother's death at the end of the original Waiting for Welfare movie.

This video contains strong language, please people. If you do not like cussing, don't rate the video lower simply because of this. And also if you don't like cussing, don't watch this video.
For everyone else, watch this video, it's great. It's entertaining and there is never a dull moment in the entire thing. But there is a storyline to this series. One that has to be watched, and you must pay close attention to the dialogue to fully understand this.
