@pentherapy seriously that is so crazy same story... i saw it as a five-year old, never finished this game of the sq-series (although i used to be a big time sierra-gamer)... i thought i was the only one who ever got traumas from this :D

He's scared of Roger because of what he represents, which is basically also the reason that Sludge manages to completely turn the planet into a wasteland.
And of course, he screams, securi-bot comes running (or floating, whatever) to zap the offending creature, which lucky for him!, is Roger.

I remember back in the end of the 90's and I was maybe around 5-6 years old. I had this on a single CD and when I met this guy the first time, I felt the meaning of fright for the first time!

I am about to watch this video and face my fear. This guy scared the shit out of me when I was 5 years old and consequentially Space Quest IV is the only installment of the series I have not beaten (nor, for that matter, played for more than five minutes.)

The build-up to the encounter (music, etc) was worse than the encounter itself. I watched this video like 20 times in a row. I wanted to make it samey and boring to take the scariness out of it.
Now to actually play the damn game. Does this bastard show up in every screen of street-level SQ12, or just the first little area before you go into the sewers?

To be honest, I used a walkthrough when I played this game, and never ran into him when I followed it.
But I think he only shows up there.
