I was at this festival and passed by your booth many times. I was even at the pre-festival dinner where you spoke. I am in full time Muslim ministry, and love Muslims also. Yes, the mayor, police chief, and COC all welcome Christians, as long as they don't preach Christ. I was nearly arrested for doing just that. More than just love is needed.

That's all well and good Josh, but what did you do to present the gospel to them? What did you do to prevent them from spending an eternity of torment in Hell? I see no evidence of anything.

Proselytizing was not permitted within the festival. More Than a Carpenter was passed out outside the festival. Hopefully, from reading The Witness which was given out within the festival, their appetites were whetted for knowing more. They then had the opportunity to request additional material.

Okay, I understand and appreciate what you are saying. I pray that you were able to plant seeds that will grow. But the portrayal in the video is that these are such wonderful people that we should all aspire to be like them. Those who view the video who are neither Christian nor Muslim would likely interpret you as endorsing Islam since you praise the muslims so much. I don't mean to be critical, but somehow this just doesn't feel right in my spirit.

Yes, I realize what you are saying, but the video did say that Josh wanted to share Christ with them. Josh wants Muslims to understand that Christianity teaches a personal relationship with a loving God which is something not taught by Islam.

I must admit that I'm a little shocked at this video. As an apologist I am at a loss as to what you mean by "sharia love." Sharia law is the antithesis to love and care.

While I recognize that the body of Christ is vast, and certainly we can indeed play different roles--even very different ones....I wish you had not deliberately contrasted your video titles with the Acts 17 group experiences.
