raw cupcakes

This is my little video on how to make the Raw Vegan Cupcakes that I had previously shown the recipe for on my Blog Skinny Chic. There was way more footage but a lot had to be cut out. A big thank you goes to the Photographer for the day, Charlie Allen and our chief taster, Michelle Whelan. They said they turned out great but the footage for the tasting was unfortunately not right for the vid. Oh and if you're a Raw Foodist, I'm aware that the Soya Cream is not Raw, but the Cupcakes are. I promise the whipping only goes on for a few seconds. x

You should try making them, they ARE really yummy. : )

Of course you can omit the coconut. I don't know of alternatives. It's just an added flavour so if you want it to taste of something else you can add whatever you like, like rose water, any kind of essences or fruit. There are never any limits. : ) Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately I"m allergic to coconut. What can I use as a substitute, or can I just omit it?
