In this scene, Ardra (Marta Dubois), appears on the bridge in order to show Picard that she is in charge! Another opportunity for Ardra to show off her powers. Also, according to the "Scrolls of Ardra" everything on the planet including the Enterprise belongs to her, as it orbits Ventax II. Enjoy!

This was a good episode. One of my favorites. I thought they shoulda used this episode and got her to get revenge on Picard as a sequel in Star Trek: Nemesis. Star Trek Nemesis, the movie, fell flat and they needed a good arch enemy. Since this lady was a fraud at the end of the episode, I think she does hint she'll see Picard one day again.
