Second, thank you for watching our video and we hope you enjoyed watching it as much as we did making it (A lot. The correct answer is a lot).
F.A.Q.
Q: Is he singing or is he just lip-syncing? I firmly believe music videos featuring lip-syncing are the bane of cinematic existence.
A: The majority of music videos in existence use lip-syncing, so in that respect, yes, he is lip syncing. No, he isn't the singer of the song, but yes, he was singing while filming, and his audio was cut in post.
Q. Why do some scenes have blinking lights and then in the next shot they are gone?
A. The video takes on the stance that the teacher is imagining the majority of the more glamorous events.
Q. And then at the end the papers flying everywhere disappear too! What gives? I'll stab you for this!
A. Same as the prior answer. He is imagining the more glamorous events.
Q. Obligatory camera question?
A. I have no idea. Its a rather small Sony camera.
A2. I've just been informed that it is a Sony HVR-A1U. We enjoyed using it, if you must know.
Q. Where was this filmed?
A. In a class room. Its better if I don't go into details.
Q. Will you sign my (insert body part)?
A. No, but you can give us money.
Q. How much?
A. How much you got?
Q. I don't know, like 10 bucks.
A. That'll do.
Q. Well, I kind of need it.
A. Well, so do we!
Q. Oh. Okay! Here you go!
A. Thanks!

We would of course love if we got more hits, but we are so incredibly stoked that it got this many views. There is lots of gold to be found on youtube that's been on longer than our video but has way less hits, so its really awesome that we made it this far.
I graduated with a degree in computer graphic art and design, also video production. This 5 second shot is just basic film makers knowledge. If you don't like it, then it is fine. I, originally, felt the same way as you. I loved long shots! However, to be accepted as a professional I had to change things a bit. personally my favorite style of shooting a film is how the Japanese do... however the sad realization was that I will probably never make it there... well till next time - peace ^-^
