Guys. Everyone. This was nearly a year before Merriweather was released. This is the song in a different form than you're used to. It's not like they forgot or aren't capable of making that part as explosive on the album. Animal Collective always begins performing songs in nascent forms and develops them as they tour. Am I the only one that when he sings (I may get it wrong) "We'll be dancing and you'll look at me and say 'I like this song''" I get all happy inside. It's such a great intimate moment.
