Which Shampoo do you use on your protein week???

@cammie790 i think what you're talking about is a carrier oil. these are heavy oils in which to dilute essential oils [just add 3-5 drops of the essential oils into the heavier carrier oils].

examples of carrier oils are: Jojoba, Olive, Castor & Coconut. hth!

Another question I have is on an earlier video you posted regarding the oils used for deep conditioning. There were many listed (Camella, Argan, Extra Virgin Olive Oil etc.). The question I have is, you mentioned adding a courier oil (3-5 drops) to each of those listed above (e.gto prevent raising the body temperature when using essential oils. Is that correct? What is a courier oil and where can it be purchased? I tried googling it, without much luck though. Perhaps the spelling is off?Thanks

Hi, thanks so much for the overview. Just to clarify though, regarding the deep conditioners you have a moisturizing week and a protein week (correct thus far?). If on the Protein week you use the Aphogee (still correct?) For the Moisturizing week do you use either the Curl Junky, Aveda Brillant and Redken or for do you combine all three? That part was not so clear for me. Many, many thanks!!

I use Elucence Moisture Benefits Shampoo, Volume Clarifying Shampoo and the Moisture Balancing Conditioner. My hair loves it. For a dose of protein, I use Aphogee 2 min Keratin Reconstructor too. I was just looking at the Elasta QP Creme Conditioning Shampoo at the bss. Now that I see that you are using it., I'll give it a try.
