1. How did you manage to teach a four-year-old to play the clarinet? That's phenomenal.......I was teaching a TWELVE-year-old the other day, and after half an hour, I was completely fed up with her immaturity and lack of work ethic (plus her blatant disregard for taking care of her instrument). But, you managed to teach a four-year-old. What's your secret?
2. Why Ricos? I'm just wondering--you're the only professional clarinetist I know who uses Ricos instead of Vandoren reeds.

Michele Gingras is a wonderful performer and an outstanding educator. Although a limited number of students can join her clarinet studio, anyone interested in improving their performance skills can study 'with' her via this well-written book!
