  • at 00:19 i was thinking "Death Jumps"

  • rofl yeh, bad slipups eh? :D got it fixed in the second set, guess the main point was the box was 3 or 4 inches to high hehe

  • Hmmm, you could do with a bit more knee bend, how high is that?

  • Its somewhere between 42-44 inches, im dropping it back down to 37-38 inches.

  • man... you need to drop back to 18 inches and learn how to land "quietly". your landings are a mess. the point of shock jumps/depth drops is to absorb the force. not crash into the floor. heels shouldn't touch the ground.

  • this looks like it would kill your joints, pretty heavy impact, isnt it?

  • @ThEgSd131 What do depth drops do?

  • @DCurtiS91 What do depth drops do for you?

  • landing on ur toes? nice.

  • i don't think thats good. You're eleminating the plyometric effect. All the elastic energy will be change into heat.

Do normal depth jumps. It's one of the best exercise, but do low reps and long rest.

    You can believe me.

  • why r u jumping off from so high and ur suppose to land as if u were about to jump again

  • i think it was too high.

  • @kb826062871 you're suppose to land on the balls of your feet. i think he was

  • why do you just land with your toe?

  • you do need to land on the balls of your feet, but you are landing to far on them. You heels just need to be off the ground a cm or two, the way you are landing is very unstable, and putting too much force on the front of your foot. Its almost like you are landing on your toes instead of the ball of your foot.
