Aaron Russo: "I set out on a journey to make a film about whether or not there was a law requiring Americans to pay an income tax...or was the tax a fraud being perpetrated by the American government. This process of discovery brought something much more dangerous and frightening to my attention...now, I will bring it to yours."
This film not only puts the legalities of the IRS and the Federal Reserve into question, but it also reveals the carefully concealed oligarchy of elitists and globalists whose main goals include financially enslaving society by creating a world order of manufactured consent devoid of individuality and freedom -- much like the former Soviet Union.
PS: If you really care about America, and want your taxes to go towards your country, rather than rich fat cats operating out of foreign countries draining your hard earned tax dollars, this film won't disappoint.
RIP Aaron Russo
"We have decided that the issue of the legality of the income tax is not a high priority matter of the White House, and we will not be participating in any conference on the subject"
(For those of you who don't speak Politicalese, allow me to translate: "Fuck you.")

And that argument was refuted by the courts in Baker v. Commissioner; and several other supreme court cases as well.

@andharvey8 The 16th ammendmendment was never properly ratified Ohio one of the states that voted on the ratification was at the time not a proclamated state because the United States Congress did not pass an official proclamation (Pub. L. 204) recognizing the date of Ohio's 1803 admission to statehood until 1953

OK, here's a direct quote from the 16th Amendment to the constitution:
"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."
Any questions?

as the IRS commissioner, it's a frickin' shame that he couldn't do anything other than give his own OPINION as to why we should pay Federal taxes. They were asking for the LAW...not his feelings on the matter.

"Horsefeathers" doesn't refute the fact that nobody in the film was able to point to a law saying that we're REQUIRED to pay the Federal Income Tax.....and you can't do it either.

Horsefeathers!!!
Conspiracy theories like this one divert attention from things that really matter.
Pay your taxes just like everyone else does. If you don't like what the govt does with the money, write a letter to your congressman, or better yet, run for congress yourself.
Everyone thinks their taxes are too high. I think so too. But saying that taxes are unneeded is absurd
