el asunto es buscarle la quinta pata al gato para luego llamarse pioneros ,sin dejar de mencionar que es muy buen trabajo;Pero? para que, sobre ese tipo de base? ,prefiero directamente al concreto en este caso.muy buenas terminaciones

what is the orange paddign under your tile?

@tracyd1215 It is Schluter Ditra uncoupling membrane, you can use it instead of a Conterminous Backer board or other underlayment.

@saldibs what is the purpose of the underlay?? i have a slab floor and thought i would be laying straight onto the concrete?

@waz00z If you have a slab floor, then you can probably instal your tile with out any underlayment, it is done that way all the time. You can also use Schluter Ditra if you like, this will uncouple your tile from the slab and provide vapor equalization under the ditra for any moisture in the concrete that might still be present, occur in the future. If you want to find out more about it just type Schluter Ditra into the youtube search bar.
