Ice Planet (2001)
From the producer of Star Trek Voyager, 24, Milennium and Star Trek Deep Space 9
The commander from the Academy tries to save his students and seek for refuge in a large space-research center. During their attempts to flee from aggressive aliens, they go through a mysterious gate which is investigated in the research center. This gate transports them to an unknown planet which never has been explored before.

Wow i almost forgot what a ridiculously bad movie this was. First time i watched this on rental tape, i fell asleep in the first minutes. Although now that i watched it i'm glad i did. The story itself wasnt that bad, but the beginning of the movie is incredibly bad if you dont watch the whole movie. In all, the movie makes for fairly good science fiction.

That was the freshest most badass Sci-Fi mind-blowing experience ever! hope it was released at Christmas time and that my Sci-Fi-Circle was watching it wondering If I was looking to the stars wondering the same.... LMFAO!
