@judy4justice "Pure Evil" doesn't explain anything. At least disorders attempt to give a classification of the behavior. "kind of evil" if you will. It's not an opinion. It's an explanation of the behavior. "Evil" doesn't mean anything. You are talking supernatural, or abstract kind of classification with calling something evil. It's no different than calling some guy a jerk because he was mean to you. Being a jerk doesn't explain WHY. Maybe he's a sociopath.
