Outback offgrid intro

Introducing the Outback Power Systems Flexware 500 system. This build features Outback VFX 3524 inverters, a FlexWare 500 power panel and a FlexMax 60 maximum power point tracking charge controller. Starter battery bank is 4 110ah 12v sealed wet lead/acid batteries. BTW...cheap marine deep-cycle batteries DO WORK! Keep that in mind Ya all!

This equipment is designed as a stand-alone off-grid power center. I think my previous response may have been misleading. I am using it for back-up during short term grid failures, but with more batteries, more solar generation and energy conservation measures, it would be a grid substitute. This represents the top tier equipment money can buy.

I noticed that you mentioned that the power at 240 volts will be 3500 watts. It will actually be double that. I have a vfx 2024 and I love it !

we have a complete outback system twin inverters charge controllers etc.

well as long as you don't expect any real customer service you will be ok
