Peter Rowan Trio, March 3-7, 2010.

The run started slowly with a flat tire at the side of the road, but with the help of some new friends, we found our way. Lots of snow, lots of adventures, lots of moose, lots of beer.

If I had a fantasy of Alaska it would be to be on a God forsaken ice road pulling over to see Mr Pete Rowan playing and singing in the midst of Misery and tire failure needing my assistance. I would take for ever to fix that tire while he played away waiting till it got done. Peter is the greatest singer/songwriter of current time. He is an American Icon and has the greatest voice in music today. Thanks for sharing this video. Felt like I was there. Peace. Russ E

You know, I thought Peter was crazy to play Alaska in March; It has been cold DOWN HERE (I live in Florida, no less). I'm just glad he was safe. Peter has so much chutzpah, or whatever the word is--never seems to get rattled. As I would, being stuck at the side of the road with a gig pending. Sigh. Kudos, Peter!
