Yeah head bouncing while juggling is really difficult. There's an Antony Gatto tutorial on his website. Trick is to stay directly under the centre of the ball. Also, you need to be able to juggle whatever pattern it is without looking directly at it (but while being able to see it). Then 'just' do it all at once. PS Lewis uses a small 'Playground Ball'.

he i would like to be able of juggling while head bouncing a ball (or however you say it) but i have some question. is it difficult? and where can you buy one from? are there any tutorials or something like that on headbouncing?
