I used the Ci1 not too long ago to turn 50 turkey caller tubes. I usually use a modified roughing gouge but decided to try your new invention. I was ablt to plunge into the Mahogany about 1/4" deep and wipe the blade across the entire length and it took only 4 passes to reach my final diameter. Required very little sanding to complete the tube. Overall, I knocked 45 minutes off my time of completion. Very fine piece of equipment; wouldn't change a thing.
