I had the priviledge of visiting Puerto Cabezas in 1992 while on a U.S. Air Force mission. My C-130 aircrew delivered donated hospital equipment to Puerto Cabazas for their new Hospital. The town was full of very friendly and grateful people. I would love to go back some day.
