Stupid new planes being built for better bomb dropping...should be compulsory for all new ones to have the ability to shoot fire :D
Loved these at riverfire 2010. Missed them at riverfire 2011.

End of an Era, airshows aint what they used to be without aircraft like the F1-11 thrilling the crowds.

Turns like a Mirage !!! Oh now there's another great fighter we had. Only compares with the noise of the Pig. SOOO right doesn't matter how many times you saw it , it never got boring. Magic Aircraft of an amazing era. Thanks to those guys whom sweated and swore to maintain those aircraft. Thanks to those whom pointed them pig noses in the right direction for 37 years too. These guys would have loved doing this display for sure. Like everything it all has a shelf life. Fly on Pigs..

sweet,greetings from the states
Great piece of video. Looking for myself in the crowd taking photos near the end of the runway. During the day I met a lady who had been a secretary at GDFW when the last F111s were built during the '70s. She had flown from Fort Worth to be at Amberley for this day.

Thank you very much for posting this video. I worked on avionics in the shop for FB-111A aircraft in the mid-70's with the US Air Force at Plattsburgh AFB, New York. There's NOTHING in the world quite like the sound of those engines at full mil-power!

@seattlestars no worries, I actually met an American at the last flight who flew over here just to say goodbye to them, he actually worked at Raytheon on the Aircraft when they were American before we got them here in Oz many years ago. This aircraft touches a lot of people :)
