I know it's not going to happen while the City of Stockton is in the financial trouble it's currently in. Unless the "Port Authority Officials" put up the money to do it. But the Stockton Fire needs to take over the "Fire Boat Operations" at the Port and elsewhere. No more private contracting in my opinion. I guess the Tug Company is the one who owns and operates the two fire boats. that look to be old converted Harbor Tugs.
