  • Hello! How can i get a hold of you? I really need some advice.. My x girl, new dude.. wants to beat me.. just cause he can.. iv done nothing to offend him.. AT ALL! Now.. He is on steroids, and is at least twice as wide as i am.. but maybe 8-10cm lower in hight! Im not sure if his muscle mass is only size and not strength.. but

  • before starting you should make a false fast movement to the opposite direction to make him think you are going that way and then he will help us making the movement. Its not shure that he keeps standing like that, I think the attacker is too passive receiving the defense. grab shoulders is a big mistake against any trained fighter. Most cases it will be for a head strike, so I think that possibility should have been showed too.

  • I agree, if a very strong man holds a very weak woman, its very diffiicult to do this.

    But, the same happens with a karate kick for a very weak woman against a strong fighter.

    If you are strong enough, or you are not but you are training to be strong enough, you can use this techniques against many people and not many people will be able to grab you like that, even if they are stronger, they must be much stronger and know that that movement is going to happen.

  • After you break the grip from the arm grab, you should use something more lethal instead of a punch to the chin or face. You should strike the temple area, throat, neck. You want to try your best to kill your attacker. Now days its kill or be kill. These criminals out here are ruthless. Keep that in mind. The streets out here is not a game.

  • i see these kind of technique from a lot of self-defence videos.how are you supposed to lift your hand when the opponent is heavier than you...big mistake...this techniques WOULD work along with a good step away or towards the opponent

  • What about what to do to stop them from even grabbing you?

  • If you're regularly getting into street fights I don't think that is really a "self-defense" situation. In that case your probably just a goon who likes to fight.
