  • I'm impressed with Brees. Awesome player, super athlete and looks to be such a nice person. I'm a huge fan of this guy. Greetings from Brazil.

  • I would guess that this comes at the end of a longer training session. A real challenge, if you are doing this workout alone, would be to do this circuit 3 times, with a 1-2 minute rest in-between each circuit. Also, notice how Drew hops up on his off-foot during each lunge. That is the key element of the move, and makes it much more intense. Good luck this weekend Drew!

  • I just started doing TRX at my local gym. It's, by far, the hardest workout I've ever done.
