I would guess that this comes at the end of a longer training session. A real challenge, if you are doing this workout alone, would be to do this circuit 3 times, with a 1-2 minute rest in-between each circuit. Also, notice how Drew hops up on his off-foot during each lunge. That is the key element of the move, and makes it much more intense. Good luck this weekend Drew!

World-class athlete, world-class trainer. Awesome workout! It's got everything - dynamic stretching, metabolic workout, core work, strength work, a little bit of explosive work etc. Great job Mr. Durkin!

Todd Durkin is an excellent trainer and a genuine nice guy. If you're ever in San Diego I highly suggest visiting his facility.
And Drew Brees is a class act! San Diego still loves ya brother! Best of success in Super Bowl XLIV! We're rooting for ya!
