@greedylittlebaby You don't ever tear it out, you have it surgically removed, either by a doctor/surgeon or by a piercer.

@StayingAnonymous2 my piercer did it like this with two of my dermal anchor, i got no probs! of course you schould not tear it out on your own, i meant: go to your piercers and tear it out.

I got my lip nose belly dermal anchor eye and my ears pierced and the 1 that hurt the most is the under eye well i was 14 when i got them

yea it doesnt look like its on the side of the eye, maybe its just swelling tho

no you DO NOT tear it out, get your piercer or a doctor to make an incision and take it out for you. best to go with the piercer because doctors arent too forgiving while doing that procedure.
