An old friend of Parker's (former Lt. Dellard Tyrone Shivers) is involved in a Vegas heist that goes bad. A faulty gas main causes a hotel to explode. Hundreds die including the heist crew. Parker backsteps but doesn't tell NNL about the heist, only the explosion.

@JakeConhale Frank made at least two bets - the first was 10K, and payed out full. the second he pushed a much larger pile of chips out on the table. As he claimed to have won 5 million at the end of the ep, that's two payouts at about 16 to 1 odds.

as I understand it, the maximum payout for roulette is, according to the odds, 35 to 1, Frank won 10,000 and combined with ballard, who previously stated he had about $230.00 at one point, so not a high roller. so, Frank got about a third of a million dollars, minus Ballard's cut. That's a lot of coin, not as much as they wanted, but that's a hell of a lot of coin.
