huh... never realised so much work went into them... i bought my daughters violin from windows in newcastle and they said it was fully set up but it would appear NONE of this was done.. feel a tad ripped off now to be honest, and also a tad stupid for not shopping with you in the first place - especially after a few people i know recommended you for excellent service. Good to know there are still people who know & care about good instruments and not just selling any old crap as cheap as possible

That was a neat trick with the pencil shading on the top of the bridge. I will remember that next time I have to adjust a violin bridge. There are no luthiers in Cairns !
