Hi Norma, greetings from Puerto Rico. What would be the measurements for the ingredients to make 15 dough balls?

I use a KitchenAid mixer with the dough hook. I used to take it out of the mixer as soon as it came together and knead by hand. Now I leave it in for about as long as you do here. It helps, my dough is smoother and more elastic now.
