Santa Pod European Finals 2007 - Top Fuel Quarter Finals

The quarter finals of top fuel was electric! First race: Joran Persaker pulls a wheel-stand off the line, meanwhile Tommi Haapanen storms on through winning at over 300mph! Then Urs Erbacher blows away Micke Kagered. Unfortunately Kagered just didn't get going at all and didn't actually make it down the 1/4 mile. Next race was a very close race between Thomas Nataas and Lex Joon. Both ran well over 300mph. Thomas gets the winlight as Lex had to pedal... Lastly Andy Carter shockingly loses to Stig Neergaard. Stig gets off the pedal after smoking the slicks and making a turn to the centre-line. Andy was far in front but then lost fire. Stig straightens and gets back on the loud pedal to kick himself through, just about nosing in front of Andy to steal the win!!!
