@redneck500 Used one for 4 years. They last forever under most conditions accept for one. I might mention that it is better to use one that is used. New car tires need to be rounded on the edges a bit. A 205 good year triple tread works wonders in the winter, they’re great for stopping on wet pavement but throw a rooster tail about 20’ in the air. The guys behind you hate it.

@redneck500 You should check on the vulcan chat site to see if your rim will take a car tire. My stock rim was designed so that it would. The Honda Valkrie, VTX-1800 and some of the goldwings were designed to be compatable with a car tire. Good luck. Car tires are cheep and perform really well. They will out corner a bike tire but you got to have a good set of shoulders and arms.

Bleach, front tire was not tied down. Things get a bit exciting if you try it dry and try to stay in one place with out the front tire locked down.
