  • @alutzamicutza Daca vrei sa slabesti ori sa-ti modelezi musculatura, trebuie sa faci exercitiile de cel putin 4 ori pe saptamana ( asta insemnand aproximativ 50-60 min pe zi de aerobic, nu doar exercitiile acestea). Dupa ce ai atins greutatea dorita - ori ti-ai modelat trupul multumitor- trebuie sa exersezi minim de doua ori pe saptamana cate 50-60 minute. Nu trebuie sa renunti la sport, ci sportul este ideal sa devina parte a activitatilor tale saptamanale.
