  • oo! that's great. start with your 20 minutes every morning and build up a minute everyday. some people are ready for a full 50 minutes, but remeber to take it slow if you are just starting your changes :)

  • Yeah, I was so gung ho about doing this and then I woke up late. I usually wake up at five and then the clock said 4:30. Then it said 4:35, then 4:45, and then looking at the dark room I fell back to sleep. Woke up and it was 5:15. Oh well, I'll try to catch up tomorrow. I think I need that poster of Katrina with the whip. lol

  • what about if you like to run? how long should you run? :)
