@Mikenopolis there's a difference between cutting and breaking though. a hit from a hammer will break a diamond but steet will never cut or scrach a diamond.

despite popular belief, diamond is not the only thing that can cut diamond, it is the only the thing that can cut diamond well. Too many people out there thinks diamonds are unbreakable...if you want to donate a diamond I'll show you what a hammer can do to it.
