XD q gracioso, tienes q pelar las patatas y la mezcla se hace aparte (con mas huevos unos 4-5) y la sal echala despues de sacar las patatas (que esten calientes y escurridas con papel de cocina)
El giro se hace poniendo el plato encima de la sartén y girando la sarten y luego para sacarla igual, aún así no lo has hecho mal del todo ;)... buena suerte!

It would probably be best if the fried potato & onion was drained of oil first (spooned into a paper towel lined bowl) then added to and mixed in with the beaten egg b4 being placed back in the hot pan.
Also it would be easier to flip the omellette by gently dropping a plate into the pan and flipping it directly onto the plate rather than scooping it.... preferably done over the kitchen sink to prevent spills.
It should turn out like the thickness of a quiche, not a pancake

mmm I preffer Vegan tortilla, instead of using eggs you can add cheakpea flour.

The tortilla in spain is not like this...so thin looks like a pizza....it must be much thicker and the potatos more and not so thin...

This is not the way you make REAL tortillas. Take it from a TRUE HISPANIC IN NEW MEXICO.
mine always sticks to the pan :-(

What kind of pan are you using? If you're not using a non-stick pan, maybe try adding a bit more oil?
