Are you saying that once you trousers get dirty you throw them away and u never wash anything? Also u say he was not hygienic, i think you're forgetting that we muslims pray 5 times a day which means we perform ablution or a wash 5 times a day. THAT MEANS MY FEET ARE CLEANER THAN YOUR FACE!

There are a few important points to notice here:
