Towel Pick Up: For this exercise you can either use a towel as a visual or not. Place the foot on the floor and start by strongly pressing the toes and especially big toe into the floor, press so much that you must pull the toes back at the 1st joint (ball of the foot) creating a large arc in the foot. Keep the toes long and not curled. When you cannot pull back any longer, release and repeat for 2 minutes.
