  • hey, just wanted to correct you:

    Primary somatic motor area does not make sense. The anterior bank of the central sulcus is where the motor area is located (the primary motor area) and the posterior bank of the central sulcus is where the somatosensory areas is located (primary somatosensory area).

    Areas M2 etc (premotor cortex) is located ont he precentral gyrus.

    Don't confuse motor areas with somatosensory areas. (They are located on opposite sides of the central sulcus).
