    I'm sure the commentators know, or at least have an idea of who he is, and probably playing along. They were laughing and cracking jokes about him, though they lame, through the entire thing. I'm sure it was scripted as well. He probably told the officials, DH12, and commentators what he was going to do, or else they wouldn't have been laughing at him.
