  • According to the NEJM-2008, allergenic foods are: 'Hen's egg white, cow's milk, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, fish, shellfish, wheat, kiwi, apples, carrots and peaches. Soybean allergy are rarely confirmed through evaluation. In 75% of egg white allergy and 76% of cow milk allergy resolve by age 7 and 5 years respectively. Kiwi allergy cross-reactivity: banana, avocado and latex."
