I think you will find that it was Karl Berg that

burned it down!!

It was never proven that Karl set the fire. He just happened to be a trouble maker at the time and I believe he was asleep on the lawn.

continued: In Sept. 1974, the new East Jr. High was opened and presently is the Abigail Adams Middle School.

This is the original Weymouth High School. The new Weymouth High School was built in 1963 on Commercial St., which became Weymouth North High, when South High was built in 1971. Weymouth North High is now the Chapman Middle School and South High was added on to and now is Weymouth High School. The orginal Weymouth High School in this video, later became East Jr. High and was set on fire by arsonist Carl Berg and destroyed in Sept. 1971.

i went to adams for middle school. the old high school was chapman before they renamed it and turned it into a middle school.

Thats Abigial Adams Middile School now Chapman is the old high school and the new high school is the old south high school

The guy who burned down the school was arrested after he was leaving the naval air station after he was discharged from the Navy that is how it was told too me...

i think it should have been 1971, but I heard he was killed before. I'm not sure!! hear say!!
