Suikoden 3 Part 74: Sasari and Luc and the END

Here is the final part in Luc's chapter! Luc gathers True runes here and then its right to the final battle in Lucs chapter, 1 on 1 with Sasari in a duel! We then say goodbye to Luc and Sara in the post final battle story. We ultimatley return to Leknaat and the end of the story ;) Next up is the ending credits!

You barely get time to pause the screen before the next bubble pops in. Go look at the scene with Hugo and Luc on the bridge---it's ridiculous. If Video time is limited; go upload in more numerous parts. waiting a half second after big chunks of texts---you can already put up 16 minutes. Might as well go for the whole mile and make it a 20 or 25

Luc was one of my favourite suiko characters, he would never leave my team in the 1 & 2. So i hate the III ending, tho i cant say it would have been right for him to not die, just wish he would have understood earlier that he also was "human". Thats one sad game/ending.

Luc was my favorite character in 2. I remember when he showed up as the antagonist in this game i thought it was bad ass.

Too much power and the chains of destiny can indeed drive a man insane. But even then, he could not grasp what it meant to try and destroy a true rune. Awesome villian but also an awesome character.

Ah, Luc always makes me sad. From the beginning, when I played 1 and 2, he was my favorite, even though he didn't play a big roll. Then all of a sudden, bam, he's the main bad guy. Nooooooo. Poor Luc. I hated that he died, even if he was redeemed in the end.

I wish I could find another version of this. There is no point in putting this up if you speed through the text boxes so fast you don't have a chance to pause the video, much less read it.

Luc's actions hold more depth than you think. He didn't just suddenly betray Leknaat, over the course of time he changed since the fact he found out he is nothing but a refuge for the true wind rune and he wanted to rid himself of it at all cost. That even includes the expense of the lives of others. He wasn't really an evil person, but he did bad things in order to do what was right (in his mind). Just because he was cunning and smart doesn't mean he's evil, he was rather deluded and misguided.

I love twisting story lines and the fact the writers actually decided to do something with Luc and Sasarai. But it was sad it had to turn out this way for Luc; I never saw him as this type of character before (even considering Harmonia). He always just seemed very lazy or bored, not jaded so much as only loyal to Leknaat, etc.

Maybe it's just me, but I always felt III was weird with Luc as the antagonist.... That and the fact he was being assisted by Yuber without any Pesmerga stalking....<<

Luc is a complete manic depressive psycho. One of my favorite antagonist of all time. He's the highly intelligent and calm psychotic unlike Luca Blight from Suikoden 2.

He seems to always know what he's doing.

Hahaha Gizel, i found his position rather interesting because it was his father calling the shots, not him, he only obeyed his father's wishes and aided him, he and Sialeeds are the ultimate grey characters XD

Whenever Hugo speaks the place where his name say's 'Fliktor'

So like whomever you named your FC the FC you chose automatically gets your FC's name?
